Would you like to learn the basics of knitting and knit yourself a scarf?

The MakerSpace is running a free knitting workshop!

No experience is required, we will provide wool and knitting needles for all participants to knit your scarf, but you can also bring your own supplies if you'd like - 100g 8ply yarn (any colour) and 4mm needles.

This event runs over the weekly Wrap with Love sessions that is an Australian not for profit dedicated to giving warm, knitted blankets to those in need. 

If you enjoyed learning to knit you can contribute to Wrap With Love. We will be hosting regular meetups every Thursday from 12:30pm - 1:30pm inside the MakerSpace for staff and students to create knitted squares. Everybody is welcome!
